Bio
At the moment, I live in downtown Minneapolis with my best friend/BF Jacob Alexander. He is the best thing that has happened to me and probably the reason why fate brought me to Minneapolis in the first place.

I work as a Barista at an awesome coffee shoppe called Java J's (700 Washington Ave N, downtown Minneapolis), which is owned by my friend Jason. It's only two blocks from my house and I couldn't ask for a better job or better boss. I love my work and all the cool people I work with. I only work weekends in order to allow myself to take care of my condition, Cystic fibrosis.

My father passed away in November 2003 due to AML. He is buried next to my grandparents in South Dakota. My grandmother passed away in October 2007 at the age of 92. Most of my immediate family live in South Dakota, including my mother, who is one of the strongest women I know.

I have three other siblings (two brothers, one sister), all older than I. They are also only half-siblings and do not share my health problems. I have 4 nieces and 5 nephews. I am the only one in my family with Cystic fibrosis (Cf).

I go to Fairview University Medical Center on the U of M campus. It is considered one of the best Cf centers in the US. I have started this blog in order to connect with others like me and others that have friends or family with this terminal condition as well. Due to the high risk of infection, most Cfers are not allowed physical contact with other Cfers for fear that we may infect each other with whatever bugs we carry in our lungs. This makes our disease a very lonely one. Thankfully, we have found outlets on the internet that allow us to meet and converse with others that share our disease without risk of physical harm.

My blog is open to all but be warned, there is adult content as I see no reason to censor real life.
